About Robinson's Customer Cards - At Robinson's Cooil we operate predominately as a wholesale outlet and as part of our planning agreement we are now obliged to ensure that all customers wishing to purchase produce, catering and ancillary goods are registered and allocated a Customer Card.  As part of our Customer card scheme we send our customers vouchers via email; however at Cooil Road we are unable to store point against our database. We only offer the points at Robinson’s on the Terrace

 

Terms and Conditions of use for the Robinson’s Rewards Club Card!

 

Cards must be presented before the transaction has completed.
 
All offers are subject to availability.
 
Cash and carry transactions only.
 
Only one voucher per transaction. Voucher not valid against Christmas trees, stands and wreaths.
 
Points can only be redeemed on future purchases. Points can be collected and redeemed at Robinson’s on the Terrace only.
 
Your information will only be used by Robinson’s Limited.
We will not pass your details onto any third parties.
 
Your email address will be the main way we will communicate with you,
so please make sure you’ve entered it correctly.
 
If your card is lost or stolen, please get in touch with Robinson’s ASAP, so we can
arrange a replacement card for you. The points you’ve already collected will still be valid.
 
You can cancel your Robinson’s Rewards Club Card at any time by sending an e-mail to
rewards@robinsons.im. Points are not redeemable for cash. Any points still on your card will be cancelled.
 
Robinson’s Limited retains the right to terminate the use of Robinson’s Rewards Club Cards
with 3 months written notice.
 
Only one voucher per transaction.
