Air Fryer Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 185°C
  2. Remove Plastic film
  3. Place foil tray directly in air fryer basket
  4. Cook for 12 minutes
  5. Check salmon is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C minimum
  6. Rest for 1 minute before serving

Conventional Instructions

Oven: Preheat to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Remove plastic film. Cook for 12-15 minutes.

Grill: High heat for 4-5 minutes per side.

Serving Suggestions

  • Steamed jasmine or sticky rice with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and spring onions
  • Mixed greens with mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, and a honey-miso vinaigrette
