Update and THANK YOU for all your support

Dear customer,

Robinson’s is open as usual and our teams are here to help serve all your shopping needs

We appreciate that the news of Coronavirus will be worrying our customers. We are continually working with the Isle of Man Government throughout the crisis for guidance and updates and will act accordingly.

The wellbeing and safety of our customers and team is of paramount importance, so we want you to have confidence when shopping with us and be reassured that we’re doing everything we can to keep you and our team members safe and healthy.

We’re being super vigilant throughout our premises, ensuring that areas are continually cleaned and disinfected. Trollies, baskets, tills and counter areas are being repeatedly serviced.

We’re working hard to keep well stocked for you

Whilst it’s fair to say, we’ve seen an increase in product demand over the past week (toilet roll and pasta have been particularly popular), but we are continually working closely with Manx farmers and producers and other suppliers to keep our shelves stocked and replenished to ensure you can get all your food supplies and essentials under one roof.

As we realise that some of our customers and members of our community aged 70 and over may be reluctant to venture outdoors or for those that are already self-isolating, we’re launching a new home delivery care package next week. This service will also be made available to NHS staff and emergency service employees. More details to follow.

If we can be of any further assistance or you have any questions for the team, please call us on 690000 or email us at customerservices@robinsons.im

From all the team at Robinson’s
